Return and Exchange Policy at Beit Al-Jamali Store
The store's policy for return and exchange to ensure customer satisfaction with the product purchased from the store, and the return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:
(1) The store grants the customer the right to request a return or exchange of products within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product from the store and informing us through the available communication channels in the store.
(2) The store accepts the return or exchange of products only if the following conditions are met:
1. Unopened product packages (the store refuses to accept the return of any opened package to avoid damage to the product or other customers).
2. The customer has not used, opened, or gained any benefit from the products.
3. The products have not been damaged or defective after receipt from the shipping company.
4. The packaging and wrapping of the products are intact, and no accessories are missing.
5. The store does not accept the return of certain types of products for health reasons, such as (opened boxes and products that have been changed).
(3) The customer can submit a return or exchange request through the store, and in this case, the customer must provide the purchase invoice for the products. Damage or loss of the invoice may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request.
(4) If the product has a serial number, it must not be tampered with. If the serial number is not visible, has been removed, or manipulated, the request for return or exchange will be rejected.
(5) The customer must return all gifts and accessories received with the product. Damaging, not returning, or destroying gifts, accessories, packaging, or the products themselves will lead to the rejection of the return or exchange request.
(6) The customer must deliver the products to the store by one of the following methods:
• Sending the product via the shipping company that delivered the product to the customer.
• Delivering the product to the shipping company and obtaining a return receipt.
• Delivering the product as quickly as possible to avoid rejection of the return.
(7) If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the store will examine the product. If the defect is confirmed to be due to the product, the store will bear the costs of shipping, return, and exchange.
(8) If the return or exchange is due to reasons attributable to the customer and not a defect in the product, the customer bears all costs of returning, shipping, and exchanging the product.
(9) If the store rejects the customer's request for return or exchange and the customer refuses to receive the products again, the store has the right to dispose of these products after 15 days from the date of the customer's rejection.
(10) In case of acceptance of the return request, the store will refund the product price to the customer within 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the return request, and the refund will be made using the same method of payment used.
(11) In case of acceptance of the exchange request, the price difference between the exchanged product and the new product chosen will be considered. If the price of the new product is less than the original product, the store will refund the difference within 15 working days via the same payment method. If the new product's price is higher, the customer must pay the difference to the store through our approved payment methods.
(12) All amounts will be refunded in case of return or exchange to customers using the same payment method used for the original payment, according to the provisions of this policy, within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the return or exchange.
